Join David Keil and Gretchen Suarez for a long weekend retreat at Present Moment Retreat Center (presentmomentretreat.com) located on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. The retreat center is located on the beach itself with numerous activities and close to Ixtapa, Mexico.

Each morning is a Self-Practice (Mysore Style) class with the two of us working and assisting you in your practice. The rest of the day is yours to explore that part of Mexico or the facilities at the retreat center.

David and Gretchen are dedicated students of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and his grandson, R. Sharath in Mysore, India. As teachers they bring the traditional method of practice and dedication into their teaching. On each pilgrimage to Mysore they deepen their understanding of the practice and the simplicity with which it is taught in Mysore. David and Gretchen enjoy working with small groups to increase attention and focus on each student.  Students will benefit having 2 authorized teachers….
